The HBAs of Chester & Delaware and Bucks & Montgomery are co-hosting a legislative breakfast, bringing together leaders from the home-building industry and elected officials, promoting a meaningful discussion on topics that shape our housing landscape. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a panel of experts, including leaders in government affairs, real estate development, and housing policy. They will explore topics including government regulations, emerging trends in housing markets, legal challenges faced by developers and homeowners, and innovative solutions tailored to meet the diverse housing needs of our community members.
